• Determine the circumference of your knee joint by measuring it with your leg fully extended and muscles relaxed. Measure around the central point of your kneecap (at the patella) and the widest section of your calf. Consider sizing up if the calf measurement exceeds the knee circumference by more than 4cm (1.6in).

  • For a tighter fit, optimal for powerlifting and squatting, we advise selecting a smaller size. A standard fitting knee sleeve will provide a snug fit. For individuals new to wearing knee sleeves, particularly those with a medium or smaller size, we recommend adhering to the suggested fit rather than opting for a smaller size.
